The trial run of the Omaxe Chowk parking lot at Chandni Chowk, developed in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), has been completed, signalling the upcoming possession process for the mall.
The project has received the 'occupancy certificate' from MCD, and the five-storey parking facility can accommodate over 2,100 vehicles. Omaxe Group’s Executive Director, Jatin Goel stated, “We are thrilled to announce the completion of the trial run of Omaxe Chowk’s parking lot. Developed on the PPP model with MCD, Omaxe Chowk will redefine the shopping and dining experience in the heart of Old Delhi."
Spanning 4.5 acres, the Omaxe Chowk project combines modern infrastructure with the historical charm of Old Delhi. The mall’s standout feature is Dawatpur, India’s largest food court with a seating capacity of 2,000. With four lakh sq. ft. of retail and atrium spaces, the project blends Mughal and British architectural influences, offering a unique retail and dining experience.
