The Odisha Urban Infrastructure Development Fund (OUIDF) has approved financial assistance for 11 infrastructure projects of various local bodies in Orissa.
OUIDF is an urban lending machinery that runs with assistance from KFW of Germany for infrastructural projects.
The projects sanctioned involve:

affordable housing projects of Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) at Shampur. Phase-I of the project is estimated to cost Rs 85.28 crore, of which OUIDF will provide assistance of Rs 32.38 crore. Phase-II will be developed at an outlay of Rs 68.23 crore, with OUIDF aid of Rs 25.90 crore

two affordable housing projects by Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB). The OSHB has planned to develop 1,368 houses at Malipada at a cost of Rs 73.23 crore. In Phase-I of the project, OUIDF will provide funding of Rs 27.90 crore. Another 1,134 houses will be constructed with a project cost of Rs 60.64 crore. In Phase-II of the project, OUIDF will provide aid of Rs 23.04 crore

a modern slaughter house of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) with a project cost of Rs 6.4 crore, and solid waste management and transportation of BMC at a cost of Rs 15.26 crore

Other sewerage projects which have been sanctioned by the board include a sewerage system in Sambalpur, at a cost of Rs 375.97 crore, which will be provided aid of Rs 40 crore; Rourkela sewerage system at a cost of Rs 488.50 crore, of which assistance of Rs 40 crore will be provided; a solid waste management project in Berhampur with a project cost of Rs 40.60 crore involving a loan of Rs 8.79 crore; and augmentation of water supply in Gopalpur at a project cost of Rs four crore involving a loan of Rs 1.80 crore.
