Pride India is setting up a new township project, 'American Township', at Balapur, in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.

The project is spread over 57 acre. The company has already completed over three residential units in the surrounding area. The project was launched by the company in February 2014 and is expected to be completed by 2016.

The plot sizes range from 150 to 334 sq yard. The villas come in three varieties - independent, duplex, and grand villa. Independent option has two or three bedrooms, duplex has three, and grand villa will have six bedrooms. The independent houses will be spread over 1,050 sq ft and 2,090 sq ft.

The project will offer facilities such as swimming pool, club house, play area, gardens, indoor sports arena that include a badminton court as well. Apart from the general park, the company is developing a special 'ladies park.'
