Rajput Group is setting up its news plant, 'Shri Rajneegandha Greens' on Plot No 10 in Sector Pi-2 in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The project, spread across 10 acres of land, will be set up with an investment of Rs 500 crore. The project comprises 10 towers with a total 1,400 units, out of which 5 towers will be of 12 storeys and the remaining 5 towers will be of 26-32 storeys. It will offer 2 and 3 BHK apartments in sizes ranging from 975 sq ft to 2,175 sq ft.
The company claims to have 5 towers already approved by GNIDA, whereas the other 5 towers are under process for revised approval.
Work for 5 of the 12-storied towers is underway and will be completed by December 2014, and work for the remaining 5 towers is likely to commence by December 2013 and be completed by December 2016.
The project will provide services like 100 per cent power back up, elevation control, exterior maintenance, lawn maintenance, concierge services, central security and monitoring. In addition, it includes various amenities like clubhouse with a swimming pool, a gymnasium, spa, medicare centre, games parlour, in-house community centre, jogging and walking tracks and a separate sitting area for the elderly.
The project site is about 3 km from Pari Chowk, the gateway to Greater Noida from Noida and Delhi. A metro station is also coming up at a walking distance from the site.
