NHAI has invited RfQs for development of Sultanpur-Varanasi section in Uttar Pradesh.
RfQs have been invited for development and operation / maintenance of four-laning of Sultanpur-Varanasi section of NH-56 from km 134.700 to km 271.300 in the state of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP-IV through PPP on DBFOT (Toll) basis.
The scope of work includes rehabilitation, upgradation and widening of the existing carriageway to four laning with a paved shoulders with the option of future capacity augmentation to six lane standards, with a construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and/or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, etc. and the operation and maintenance thereof.
The work is estimated to cost Rs 1,778 crore.
