Rushil Decor, a leading Indian manufacturer of MDF boards, laminates, and plywood, has announced robust financial results for FY2025 along with major expansion plans. Strong exports, operational efficiency, and a growing range of value-added products contributed to this performance.
“As we step into FY2026, we are targeting consolidated revenues of around Rs. 11,000 million,” Managing Director, Rushil K Thakkar said. “Our focus remains on innovation, strategic capacity expansion and deepening our presence in both domestic and international markets.” The company is set to complete Phase 2 of its Jumbo Laminate manufacturing facility in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, by Q3/FY26.
This brownfield expansion will add 2.8 million sheets annually to capacity. Initial export orders cover 15 percent of Phase 1 capacity. Established in 1993, Rushil Decor operates six manufacturing facilities and has a presence in over 56 countries, supported by 4,600+ points-of-sale and over 700 distributors.
