Incredible India Projects has announced the launch of a satellite township project on a 250 acre site close to the Hyderabad-Karimnagar highway, about 60 km from Hyderabad.
Primarily, 10 acre will be taken up for development and the project will be completed in a phased manner.
The new township project is named 'Awesome Adda,' which is their fourth such project and is aimed at catering to the middle class. The other projects named Sparrow Shore Avenue, Wild Stone Premium, and Wildstone Brob are located near Hyderabad.
The company plans to acquire 150 acre more, which will be adjacent to this project, and to develop it in a phased manner over the next four-five years.
