Bengaluru-based realty developer Sattva Group has expanded into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) with six major redevelopment projects spanning eight million sq. ft.
The portfolio, valued at approx. Rs 11,000 crore, includes with six residential and commercial projects across key locations such as Parel, Prabhadevi, Goregaon East, Vile Parle West, Powai, and areas around Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). These projects aim to deliver over 2,500 rehabilitation homes and more than 2,000 new residential units. Construction is set to begin in 2026, with phased completion expected by 2032, starting with the first project in 2028.
Regulatory reforms under the DCPR 2034 are expected to improve project viability and attract large developers. Bijay Agarwal, Managing Director, Sattva Group, said, “Our entry into Mumbai is a strategic extension of our legacy of delivering large, technically complex projects on time and with consistency. We look forward to contributing meaningfully to the city’s next decade of growth.”
