Satya Group and Maple Group have announced a Rs 1,600 crore investment to develop a premium residential project, Levante Residences, in Sector-104, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.
Spread over five acres, the high-rise development will feature three towers of 47 floors each, comprising a total of 488 apartments. The project will offer three-BHK, four-BHK and five-BHK configurations, with prices starting at Rs 2.96 crore. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2026, with completion targeted for 2030. The developers plan to fund the project through a mix of promoter equity, ASK Fund participation and internal cash flows. The residential development is expected to generate strong demand due to its strategic location along the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway and the growing preference for premium housing in Gurugram.
According to the companies, the anticipated sales realisation from the project is estimated at around Rs 2,000 crore, reflecting the long-term growth potential of the region’s real estate market.
