Saya Group has entered into a partnership with Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to manage and operate 336 BIZTOP Business Class Suites at its commercial project, Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West. These fully serviced suites, spanning from the seventh to 25th floors, cater to the growing demand of corporate travellers, entrepreneurs, and professionals.

Each suite, averaging 668 sq. ft., is designed with modern interiors, premium amenities, and operated under the BIZTOP brand by Lemon Tree Hotels. Vikas Bhasin, MD of Saya Group, stated, "This collaboration with Lemon Tree Hotels aligns perfectly with our vision of integrating business efficiency with comfort. Saya SouthX, spread across three acres with a built-up area of 6.8 lakh sq. ft., is a mixed-use development featuring retail outlets, dining, a multiplex, gym, banquet, and now, business suites. The project expects footfalls exceeding 50,000 daily and serves a catchment of over five lakh residents.
