Sunil Hitech Engineers envisages developing nearly 200 MW solar capacity in the next five years.
Sunil Hitech India Infra (SHIIL), the company’s infrastructure arm, is presently developing a five MW solar plant in Maharashtra under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (JNNSM) Phase-II, Batch-I.
The company is also L1 for the 15 MW solar power project, which is yet to be awarded under the same scheme.
The new government has laid emphasis on setting up 100 GW of solar capacity by 2022 and on the back of this target, the developmental plan has been undertaken.
