Surat Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the construction of EWS-I residential flats and shops under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) 2.0-AHP.

The contract valued at Rs 160.76 crore, includes the development of flats at T.P. Scheme No. 54 (Bhestan), FP No. 71. The scope of work covers the complete construction process, from conceptualization and planning to structural designing and proof checking. Additionally, it entails essential internal and external amenities, including plastering, flooring, plumbing, drainage, electrification, stormwater drainage, horticulture, sewage treatment plant (TSTP), compound wall, entry gate, street lighting, lifts, DG sets, and an organic waste converter. The building design must follow the guidelines of UD & UHD and adhere to prevailing CGDCR-SMC norms.

The submission deadline for bids is 04 February, 2026.
