TVS Supply Chain Solution (TVS SCS) has won a three-year contract from Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) to manage the in-plant warehouse operations at DICV’s manufacturing facility in Chennai.

Under the agreement, TVS SCS will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless material flow, optimized inventory, and improved operational efficiency. To achieve this, it will leverage advanced technologies such as IoT-based tracking for real-time visibility, automation to minimise manual handling, predictive analytics for better planning, and digital dashboards for performance monitoring. This technology-driven approach is designed to enhance DICV’s production ecosystem, focusing on both efficiency and quality.

Approx. 700 employees from TVS SCS will be deployed to handle the operations at the facility, further strengthening the operational capabilities of DICV. This partnership highlightsthe company’scommitment to providing efficient, technology-driven supply chain solutions for global automotive leaders.
