The Central Public Works Department has floated tender for construction of a permanent campus under Phase-1 for IIM Jammu at Jagti in Jammu of Jammu & Kashmir.

The scope of work envisages construction of academic block, professors residences, associate and assistant professor residence, director’s residence, Type B staff residence, Type C staff residence, hostel block, executive hostel block, MDP block, indoor sports complex, dining block, shopping block, medical centre, clock tower, electric sub-station buildings, guard room and gate including internal water supply, sanitary installation and internal and external electrical works, retaining walls and slope stabilisation, storm water drains, cement concrete roads and paths, DG sets, HVAC, CCTV, access control, LAN and data networking, among others.

The above works will be completed in a period of 21 months at a cost of Rs 443.41 crore.
