The Building Construction Department, Bihar has issued a tender for the construction of various multi-storey buildings in High Court, Patna campus.
The construction will involve multiple types of buildings, catering to both administrative functions and residential accommodation, including administrative and IT buildings, an auditorium, an ADR building, multi-level car parking, and residential structures such as Type B, Type C, and Type D buildings. The scope also covers the construction of a high-side service building. This project aims to enhance the state's infrastructure, focusing on providing modern facilities to support government operations and residential needs.
The total estimated cost for this contract is Rs 299.9 crore, and the bid submisison is set to close on 07 January, 2026.
