The company is developing a 220 kV substation which will be operated by itself and will be owned by West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company (WBSETCL). The power utility will also construct a transmission line along a 15 km route connecting the upcoming JK Nagar substation with Mangalpur in Burdwan.
