Arabian Construction Company (ACC), a UAE-based firm, has bagged a real estate contract worth Rs 330 crore, in Noida.
The company has bagged the contract from Brys Group for development of an 81 storey tower in Noida.
Brys group has awarded the UAE-based firm the contract for building the structure of the tower of the super luxury project, which is spread across 7.5 acre on the Noida Expressway.
The project will have 291 flats and will be developed with an investment of Rs 850 crore, which will be funded through bank loans and advances against sales.
The contract for finishing the work will be awarded to ACC by Brys at a later stage.
Apart from this, ACC is constructing a 117 storeyed project titled 'World One' in Mumbai for Lodha Developers, in a JV with Simplex Infrastructure. It has also bagged a contract worth Rs 550 crore from Supertech to construct an 80 storey tower, and another Rs 350 crore contract for a 60 storey project in Kolkata.
