Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group has signed a development management agreement with United Oxygen Company for residential project in Bangalore.
The project is located on Whitefield Main Road near Hoody. It will offer approximately 1,000,000 sq ft of saleable area and will be developed as a residential housing project. The site is strategically located on the Whitefield main road leading to the well-known IT/ITES establishments located in ITPB and EPIP zone of Whitefield.
Currently, Godrej Properties is developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 82 mln sq ft in 12 cities.
