Gokhale Constructions, a real estate major, in a JV with Deeva Buildcon, has unveiled an affordable residential project titled 'Mist', at Donje, on Sinhagad road on the outskirts of Pune.

'Mist' will come up over an eight acre campus in Donje grampanchayat village jurisdiction. This affordable housing project will have five buildings of G+12 floors each, and will offer 750 units.

The apartments will comprise one BHK, 1.5 BHK and two BHK. This affordable housing project will be developed in two phases. Phase-I of the project will have three wings -- A, B, C of G+11 and G+12 floors with 200 units. Construction work on Phase-I has already commenced and is likely to be completed by April-May 2016.

Phase-II of the project will have two wings -- A and B of G+12 floors and will offer 550 flats.

The various amenities offered by 'Mist' include a club house, landscaped garden, children's play area, library, barbeque deck, gymnasium, and a gallery. Also, each apartment will have an allotted parking spot.
