HDIL & Ravi Group has unveiled its new residential project, 'Era Veulta Phase-I', on Malad-Kandivali Link road in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The project will comprise seven towers, each of 23 storeys, consisting of one / two / 2.5 / three BHK luxurious flats. The project, spread over 76 acre, is expected to be completed by December 2015.
The project will offer a wide range of recreational, sports facilities, clubhouse amenities, indoor games room along with kids play area, restaurant, café & bar, swimming pool, health spa, and party lawns.
Further, it will also provide special relaxation corners and an open crèche, a well-equipped fitness centre, a spinning and yoga studio, banquet halls and conference rooms, a mini theatre and a ground level retail zone.
