Mittal Universal is all set to unveil its luxury residential tower titled ‘Mittal Aristo’ which will come up at Parel, in Mumbai.

This tower project will have 16 residential floors with a triple height lobby. The project will offer three BHK apartments, with one apartment on each floor and a 23 ft wide glass window in the living room.

The project aims to offer amenities like imported marble, imported sanitary ware, VRF air conditioning, and a modular kitchen with appliances.

In terms of connectivity, the project connects to two major roads -- JJ flyover and Tulsi Pipe road. In addition, the monorail project between Wadala and Chembur passes through Parel on the eastern side. Centrally located, the area provides direct access to South Mumbai's central business district, Bandra-Kurla Complex and the secondary business districts at Malad, Andheri, Thane and Navi Mumbai.
