Runwal Group is planning to set up a sports academy and a botanical garden at Dombivili, in Thane district of Maharashtra.

The company plans to incorporate the academy and botanical garden within its 156 acre township near Betawade Gaon, in Dombivili.

The project which was earlier christened 'MyDesire' will now be called 'MyCity' after Runwal Group decided to incorporate popular demands made by more than 10,000 potential home buyers.

The Sports Academy will have state-of-the-art facilities including a 400 mtr athletic track and multi-purpose turf which can be used for a variety of sports. The Botanical Garden will have cacti and succulent plants, a range of exotic plants and a herb garden.

The township project consists of a school, retail commercial buildings, R-Mall, garden, jogging track, parks for children and senior citizens, swimming pools and IT park. The project will have one to three BHK flats in the residential segment.
