Tata Housing Development Company will invest Rs 600 crore to develop a new luxury residential project in Gurgaon. This is Tata Housing’s fourth project in the Delhi-NCR region.
The residential project called 'Arabella' will be spread over 35 acre on the Gurgaon-Sohna road. It will have around 150 villas in a price range of Rs three to eight crore. The project is to be designed by architects Perkins Eastman, USA.
Tata Housing has around 70 million sq ft under various stages of planning and execution and an additional 19 million sq ft in the pipeline. It has a presence in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
The company had recently proposed developing a township project at Colombo, in Sri Lanka, in partnership with the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka.
