The Uttar Pradesh government has signed an agreement with the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Development Corporation for the creation of an SPV to oversee the creation of the Industrial Township in Greater Noida region.
The township, to spread over 750 acre, will be fully developed over 30 years, in six phases of five years each.
The master plan is ready and is awaiting approval.
The DMIC spans around 1,500 km and Uttar Pradesh is one of the states involved in the project.
