Vedic Realty, a Kolkata headquartered company, is planning to launch a new duplex homes project - GreenTech City - at Rajarhat in Kolkata, West Bengal.

Vedic realty will invest Rs 300 crore in phases over the next few years for the project. The residential project comprises duplex apartments, smart homes and golf villas. Phase I of the project is expected to be operational by 2015. The project offers 12 types of duplex flats with furnished interiors which also include a view from every window, canal-facing private decks, flanked by gardens and open spaces. Residents will also have access to to an 18-hole golf course, an international spa resort, and the NABH-accredited medical spa.

The company will develop the project adjacent to another signature project of the group - Vedic Village - at Rajarhat in Kolkata. It has already invested nearly Rs 150 crore in Vedic Village.
