Apollo Hospitals Enterprise plans to open three new hospitals by the end of FY15. The total capacity of the beds will be increased by 500 across the country, with an overall investment of Rs 400 crore.
The new hospitals will be in Nellore, Indore and Vishakhapatnam. It has already opened hospitals in Nashik and Trichy respectively.
In the next 24 months, Apollo plans to open 14 more cradles, which focus on fertility, maternity, gynaecology and antenatal care.
The company has over 10,000 beds across 51 hospitals, more than 1,500 pharmacies, over 100 primary care and diagnostic clinics along with 115 telemedicine units across nine countries.
