Arkade Developers, a Mumbai-based real estate firm, is set to launch a luxury residential project on the historic Filmistan Studio land in Goregaon, Mumbai.

The development, expected in FY26, will feature ultra-luxury three- and four-BHK apartments across two 50-storey towers. The project is expected to have a development potential of Rs 3,000 crore, contributing to the company’s broader plan of launching seven projects worth Rs 8,000 crore in the coming months.

In addition, the company continues to explore opportunities to integrate such landmarks within its developments. The iconic Filmistan Studio, founded by Bollywood actor Kajol’s grandfather in 1943, is known for being the backdrop of several classic films. Meanwhile, Arkade remains focused on the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for future developments.
