Telecommunications Consultants India (TCIL) has issued a tender for providing comprehensive consultancy services for the construction of the RBI Residential Complex for Officers (Grade A, B/C) at Ekta Nagar, Mazagaon, Mumbai.

The scope of the consultancy services includes preparing a concept plan, architectural drawings, obtaining local body approvals, and providing structural design, along with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering services. The consultancy also covers landscape design, detailed estimates for civil, electrical, and horticulture work, as well as conducting digital surveys and soil investigations.

The duration of 43 months is set for the completion of the construction works, which includes preconstruction activities, followed by a 24-month defect liability period (DLP).

The closing date for submission of bids is 18 November, 2025.
