PFC Consulting (PFCCL) has invited bids for the selection of a transmission service provider (TSP) for the establishment of an inter-state transmission system under the NERGS-III Siang Basin project.
This includes the construction of a new 2x500MVA, 400/220kV GIS pooling station at Kaying in Arunachal Pradesh. The scope also includes various key components such as 420kV, 80MVAr bus reactors, 400kV GIS bus reactor bays, ICT bays, and 220kV GIS line bays. Additionally, the project will involve the installation of switchable line reactors for the Kaying PS to Niglok PS 400kV double-circuit line. The scheduled commercial operation date (COD) is set for 28 February, 2029.
