Projects and Development India (PDIL) has invited bids to set up an ammonia-urea fertiliser plant at Namrup, Assam.
The contract will be carried out on a lumpsum turnkey (LSTK) basis, meaning the selected bidder will take full responsibility for all aspects from start to completion. This includes the procurement of process licences, basic design, and detailed engineering, as well as the fabrication, transportation, and storage of equipment and materials needed for the plant. The scope also covers all civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works, along with the assembly and installation of the plant facilities.
The successful bidder will be responsible for obtaining all necessary statutory approvals, conducting testing, and overseeing the pre-commissioning and commissioning processes. Finally, the project will include a performance guarantee test run (PGTR) and the full handover of the plant once complete.
The bid submission deadline is 10 February, 2026.
