LCC Projects, a Gujarat-based company has been declared as the lowest bidder (L1-Bidder) by Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Rajasthan for the construction works under Package-I of Parwan-Akawad water supply project in Jhalawar and Kota districts.
The scope of the contract includes the construction of two RCC intake well of 15-mtrs. diameter with approach bridge on either bank of river and transmission main, water treatment plant (WTP), SCADA, road crossings, intake pumping machinery, WTP Pump House and IPS. The scope of the contactor also includes obtaining forest clearance, VVNL for power line and land acquisitions.
The financial bids were opened on 24 June, 2025 in which the company has quoted Rs 236.01 crore.
The contract is scheduled to be executed within 20 months including a 10-year operation and maintenance after completion of one-year defect liability period.
