Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of three new properties across India. These hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

These are - Lemon Tree Hotel Surat (Gujarat), Lemon Tree Hotel Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), and Lemon Tree Resort Dalhousie (Himachal Pradesh). The Surat property will offer 85 rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, a meeting room, swimming pool, spa, and other public areas. It is located around 12 km from Surat International Airport and 15 km from Surat Railway Station.

The Rudrapur hotel will feature 84 rooms, a restaurant, conference hall, swimming pool, fitness centre, and public spaces. It is situated about 15 km from Pantnagar Airport and four km from Rudrapur City Railway Station.

The Dalhousie resort will have 75 rooms, a restaurant, banquet space, swimming pool, spa, and other leisure facilities, located 200 km from Amritsar’s Sri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport and 79 km from Pathankot Railway Junction. This strategic three-city expansion strengthens the company's presence in key markets and is fully aligned with its long-term growth vision.
