Marriott International has enterd into a partnership with Vardhman Amrante, an Oswal Group venture, to introduce its premium wellness-focused brand, Westin Hotels & Resorts, to Ludhiana.
The Westin Ludhiana is slated to open in Q4 of 2030 and will feature 200 keys. It will be part of a mixed-use development which includes retail spaces, a multiplex, and a gaming zone, enhancing the city’s hospitality and lifestyle landscape. Ludhiana, a major commercial and cultural centre in Punjab, provides a fitting location for the brand’s debut, offering an ideal setting for Westin’s focus on guest well-being, rejuvenation, and fitness.
“Through this strategic collaboration with Vardhman Amrante we aim to redefine excellence in guest service while unlocking growth opportunities in Ludhiana,” said Ranju Alex, Regional Vice President – South Asia, Marriott International. “The Westin Ludhiana will bring to life the brand’s promise of empowering guests to be the best version of themselves.”
The hotel will offer a obby bar, multiple dining venues, WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio, Heavenly Spa by Westin, a swimming pool, as well as indoor and outdoor banqueting spaces, tailored for both social and corporate events.
