The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has issued a tender for the rehabilitation and upgradation of the Kashipur–Ramnagar road to a four-lane configuration under the NH(O) Annual Plan 2023-24.
The stretch covers chainage km 5.735 to km 24.000 of NH-121 (corresponding to km 64.735 to km 83 of the new NH-309), spanning 18.265 km in Nainital district, Uttarakhand. Valued at Rs.272.09 crore, the work will be executed on EPC mode with a completion timeline of 24 months and a postconstruction maintenance period of five years.
The corridor is a key route linking Kashipur with the popular tourist destination of Ramnagar, gateway to Jim Corbett National Park. The project is expected to feature improved road geometry, drainage, signage, and safety measures.
The bid submission deadline is 22 September, 2025.
