The Mumbai Housing & Area Development Board has invited Request for Proposals (RfPs) for selection of a consultant for the redevelopment of Dharavi, in Mumbai.
Bids have been invited for a consultant for providing, planning, designing and project management consultancy (PMC) services for redevelopment of Sector-V, at Dharavi.
This is a revised tender of the original notice invited on 17 May 2014, notifying of an extension of the closing date.
The Dharavi redevelopment project is being implemented by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority with an investment of Rs 15,000 crore. The slum area is spread over 427 acre of land. The scheme involves redevelopment of 12 sectors of the slum area.
