Om Metals Infraprojects has bagged an order worth Rs 230 crore for developing hydro power projects in Gujarat.
The contract was awarded by Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, a wholly owned Gujarat government undertaking.
The Gujarat order is for construction of three hydro power plants with a combined capacity of 23 MW in Kutch.
The scope of work includes civil, electrical and mechanical construction with design, engineering, testing and commissioning of three small hydro power projects with five years of operations and maintenance.
Om Metals Infraprojects will execute the project in a joint-venture with SPML Infra.
