Supreme Infrastructure awarded Rs 450-cr contract for PAP housing in Mumbai

Supreme Infrastructure India (SIIL) has been awarded a Rs 450-crore turnkey contract to construct a project affected persons (PAP) housing complex in Powai, Mumbai. Commissioned by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures—entities backed by Brookfield-managed funds, it forms part of a six-acre urban renewal initiative.

Phase 1 covers residential flats and associated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across about 1.6 million sq. ft., targeting 2.0 million sq. ft. of development in this stage. Upon completion in 36 months, the PAP building will be handed over to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). This residential development forms a key part of a larger six-acre urban renewal plan, with Phase 1 targeting 2.0 million sq. ft. of development. Phase 2 will add 2.5 million sq. ft. of commercial and retail space, underscoring Brookfield’s long-term commitment.

This award builds on SIIL’s portfolio, which includes projects for clients such as Larsen & Toubro (L&T). With this award, SIIL’s order book has grown to Rs 1,725 crore, reinforcing its leadership in high-value urban infrastructure delivery.
