Secretariat - General Services:..This provides for the expenditure on the Secretariat of Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs. This also includes provision for advertising & publicity and for holding seminars and studies.

International Conferences/Meetings:..This provides for expendiutre on multilateral International Conferences/Meetings held in India.

Entertainment Charges:..This provides for expenditure on entertainment of dignitaries who attend overseas Indian related events in India or on those who are invited to visit India for meetings & discussions. It also provides for extending local hospitality to visting delegations.

Other Expenditure:..This includes expenditure on Schemes & Projects and also for meeting expenditure on Pravasi Bhartiya Divas.

Public Works:..The provision is for construction of Pravasi Bhartiya Kendra.
