Mumbai-based real estate developer Ashwin Sheth Group is set to make its debut in Bengaluru with a mixed-use development on Bannerghatta Road in South Bengaluru.

This project, which marks the group’s first venture into the Bengaluru real estate market, will include two distinct towers—one residential and one commercial, designed to meet both living and working needs within an integrated campus. The residential tower will feature a high-rise structure with 29 floors, offering premium units with a focus on urban vertical living. The commercial tower will house office spaces and business occupiers, benefiting from strong connectivity to key employment hubs.

The project site’s strategic location near the Outer Ring Road connection ensures easy access to major commercial and residential areas in South Bengaluru. "This project reflects our vision to integrate residential and commercial spaces to optimize land use in key urban corridors," a company spokesperson said.
