Atria Power Corpn intends to build a commercial complex in the industrial suburb of Yeshwanthpura in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The proposed project will take up 1.17 acres of land and include a building with 2B+G+11 floors with additional parking facilities. The project also involves construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 90 kld.
According to information available with Projects Today, Atria Power Corp is awaiting environmental clearance for the project.
The company expects to begin the work on the project in Q1/FY24. However, the architect and contractor are yet to be appointed.
