Bhumi World has announced plans to launch "The Outlet Mall of India," a flagship retail development with an investment of approx. Rs two billion.
Scheduled for launch around mid-March 2026, the mall aims to transform Bhiwandi into a key lifestyle and consumption destination within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Strategically located in an area shifting from a logistics hub to a broader economic zone, the mall will operate on a 365-day discount model, offering year-round value shopping. It will feature a curated mix of international and domestic brands across categories such as fashion, electronics, home décor, and food and beverage. In addition to retail, the project is expected to drive economic growth by generating employment and acting as a catalyst for regional development.
Prakash Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of Bhumi World, emphasised that the mall would not only be a shopping destination, but also promote global standards in retail. The project’s location is well-connected through major highways, strengthening Bhiwandi’s position on the MMR consumption map.
