Drinking Water & Sanitation Department, Jharkhand, has invited bids for the water supply project in Ranchi district of the state.
Bids have been invited for design and build of all system components of Chhota Gobindpur piped water supply project. The scope of work will involve the operation and maintenance for 10 years after commissioning of the scheme including billing and collection of tariff from customers for providing supply of water 24x7 at 135 lpcd in Ranchi district of Jharkhand. Both the works are expected to be completed within 36 months and 120 months, respectively.
The cost of the works will be financed by the government of India through credit and loan which it will receive from the International Development Association and International Bank of Reconstruction & Development towards the cost of rural water supply and sanitation project from low income states.
