The National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (NICDC) has invited bids for the development, operation, and maintenance of the Integrated Multi-Modal Logistics Hub (IMLH) at Nangal Choudhary, Mahendragarh district, Haryana.
The project will be implemented through the public-private partnership (PPP) model on design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) basis. With an estimated cost of Rs 765.27 crore, the logistics hub is envisioned as a key enabler of trade and industrial growth in the region, providing state-of-the-art infrastructure for storage, distribution, and seamless movement of goods.
Strategically located within Haryana, the IMLH will serve as a critical node under India’s industrial and logistics development initiatives, supporting the National Industrial Corridor projects and improving supply chain efficiency. The facility is expected to significantly boost regional logistics capacity and connectivity, benefiting industries across Haryana and adjoining states.
The closing date to submit bids is 10 November, 2025.
