Crystal City Developers is planning to set up a warehouse and the industrial Shed at Rathiwas in the Gurugram district of Haryana.

The proposed project's plot area is 92.05 acres comprising nine warehousing buildings with a ground floor and a mezzanine with an additional parking facility.

The project also includes setting up two sewage treatment plants with a capacity of 540 klpd based on advanced technology.

In 2021, Crystal City Developers received terms of reference (ToR) from the state-level environment impact assessment authority (SEIAA), Haryana. The company also received environmental clearance from SEIAA for the project in 2022.

According to the updates available with Projects Today, Crystal City Developers is yet to appoint contractor and the suppliers for the project.

The company expects to commence work on the project by Q4/FY24.
