Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath, launched five projects worth Rs 800 crore here on the eve of an Investors Summit on 17 October 2019. The ‘Magnificent Madhya Pradesh' Investors Summit is being held in Indore.
CM dedicated the smart industrial park, developed in Pithampur at a cost of Rs 375 crore. The government intends to attract an investment of Rs 10,000 crore through the park, which will be spread over 478 ha. He also e-dedicated an IT Park, developed in Sinhasa area of Indore at a cost of Rs 116 crore.
In the same programme, a water supply scheme was dedicated for industrial units of Pithampur costing around Rs 225 crore. The CM also launched integrated command and control centre of the Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) developed at a cost of Rs 50 crore.
The foundation stone was laid for an inter-state bus terminus (ISBT) worth around Rs 60 crore.
