The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a major commercial land scheme worth Rs 3,604 crore, offering 37 plots across key sectors.
The scheme, aimed at boosting commercial and mixed-use development, includes plots designated for malls, offices, retail hubs, and hotels. These plots will be available via eauction, with registrations open until 05 December, 2025. Plot sizes vary across sectors, with significant options in Sector 3, Sector 10, Sector 12, and Ecotech-1 Extension. The scheme will have a completion timeline of five years, with Phase-I expected in three years.
No amalgamation or sub-division of plots is allowed, but consortiums are permitted. The project is expected to attract major investors, contributing significantly to the region’s commercial growth.
