Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Park, a joint venture between Hiranandani and Blackstone, is in the final stages of 55 acres of land adjacent to its current property in Oragadam, Chennai, for Rs 425 crore, with a land cost of Rs 110 crore.

The plans are for integrating the 90-acre Elaichur land into their expansion, involving an additional Rs 150 crore investment. This development supports manufacturing facilities for clients like Vestas Wind Technology, Gurit, Jost India, and others, with an overall investment of Rs 2,000 crore and 2,500 employees on-site.

On the residential side, Hiranandani Parks comprises 1,424 apartments in low- and high-rise clusters, with current prices reaching Rs 4,500 per sq. ft. from an initial Rs 2,400. The township also offers plotted developments, with 90 percent of 1,010 plots sold across three phases.
