Greenlam, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenlam Industries, has officially started the commercial production of Chipboard at its new manufacturing facility in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh, as of 23 January, 2025. The facility has a significant installed production capacity of 2,92,380 cubic mtrs. per annum.

At full capacity utilisation, it holds the potential to generate annual revenue of up to Rs 750 crore. The total capital expenditure for the Chipboard project has reached approx. Rs 735 crore by the time commercial production began.
