Group 108 has unveiled its latest venture, ONE FNG, which is a cutting-edge IT/ITES project in Uttar Pradesh. Led by innovation, sustainability, and entailing Rs 1,000 crore investment, ONE FNG is set to redefine Noida's commercial landscape.

Located at Plot-1 in Sector-142, Noida, ONE FNG is strategically positioned adjacent to the Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, making it a prime location for businesses. The project boasts of office space and retail areas, fortified with sustainable features. The project features two high-rise office towers, Tower-A and Tower-B, collectively offering approx. 16 lakh sq. ft. of office space, along with a four lakh sq. ft. high street retail area. ONE FNG's completion is expected within five years, and it has already received platinum-rated green building pre-certification by IGBC. The Group’s next project post near-completion of the IT Park in Greater Noida West is Grandthum. Spread over approx. 22.5 acres of land parcel, it is one of the largest platinum-rated Green building by IGBC.
