Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a new hotel under its Gateway brand in Patnitop, Jammu & Kashmir, marking a significant addition to its regional portfolio.

The 78-key resort, a conversion project, is designed to cater to increasing demand from travellers in Punjab, Delhi NCR, and Jammu. The resort will offer an immersive experience, featuring an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a bar, two swimming pools, a fitness centre, and spacious banquet facilities. With plans for future expansion, this project aligns with IHCL’s strategy to strengthen its presence in leisure destinations.

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development at IHCL, said, “Patnitop is a hidden gem in Jammu & Kashmir, offering travellers a quick winter escape.” This addition brings IHCL’s total hotel count in Jammu & Kashmir to 12, with six more under development.
